AAP PARTY “WHOSE VERY INCEPTION IS BASED ON DECEPTION” HOW THEN CAN THEY BE TRUSTED TO PROTECT OUR DEMOCRATIC RIGHTS HOWEVER GOOD THEY TRY TO LOOK?

Questions to Mr. Arvind Kejriwal, AAP PARTY

CONCLUSIONS:

Is it not right to conclude: (If not THEN answers the set of questions below the conclusions?)

a)     That you and others who today have formed the AAP Party were merely using the “IAC”(India against Corruption) Movement playing with the emotions of 100 crore people to polarize them under that pretext create a iconic value for yourselves while you and others had premeditated to desert them to launch a political Party for 2014 elections?

b)    That you and others misused the national flag to cheat the people that your “IAC” Movement is truly people’s platform free from any high command or office bearers? And that you cannot be considered any different from “Telgi” who robbed Printing Dies from the National Security Press to give his Stamp Papers amongst public an impression that it belongs to the nation whereby it got sold?

c)     That you and other who have formed this political Party AAP coming from the “IAC” Movement are actively funded from Foreign Corporations directly and indirectly to be the next proxy representatives for their policies?

d)      That you really think of us Indians as “IDIOTS” especially the Delhiites?

IF NOT PLEASE ANSWER:

(These questions are addressed to Kejriwal for his actions during the days of the “IAC” agitation before the formation of the AAP Party.)

1)    Was / Is “IAC” (India against Corruption) really a “People Movement” with no high command or office bearers who have exclusive rights to the use of its name and logo?

2)    Can an ordinary volunteer without taking anyone’s permissions use this brand and logo in his / her own cause / fight against Corruption? If Not, then how is this a people’s movement?

3)    Can a private individual / organization use the national flag for their cause / agitation even if they claim to represent the aspirations of the people? If not, then how did the “IAC” (India against Corruption” under your leadership use it?

4)    You disassociated from the “IAC” Movement supposedly because you formed a political party. Did you announce this through a letter or just a press note / verbal announcement to the press?

5)    In such an announcement of disassociation from “IAC” Movement, (Letter / Press Note / announcement) whom were you addressing? Office bearer / s of an organization or ‘the People”

6)    If the “IAC” (India against Corruption is really a People’s movement as propagated by you and others, the why are you addressing some office bearer /s of an organization and not ‘The People’?

7)    Who were the people / organizations who 1^st initiated the “IAC” movement? Is there a written / signed document that was signed by these people announcing the “IAC” agitation against Corruption which you lead? If so can you put it in the public domain?

8)    What is this ‘Core Committee’ which coordinated the “IAC” movement? Who are the members of this? What are their rights and privileges in the “IAC” movement, especially with regards to use of “IAC” name and logo and by which written / documented resolution /s or such documents?

9) Who were the people / organizations to which you / core committee relegated responsibilities of the “IAC” movement across the country under your leadership? How these people / organizations were authorized to represent your “IAC” agitation and by which resolution or documentation were these powers / privileges /responsibilities relegated to them, especially with regards to the use of the “IAC” name and logo? Can you put those documents in the public domain?

10) Was these documents ever put up in the public domain or through any mechanism been shown to an ordinary volunteer who joined your movement as to what their rights and privileges in the “IAC” movement were?

11)  Is it not true that ordinary volunteers were told by your appointed people that they need not take any permission to freely propagate the “IAC” movement using its name and logo and even open Facebook pages and hold neighborhoods meetings under the same? Can these ordinary Volunteers who propagated the “IAC” movement still use its name and logo freely for their cause / fight against Corruption?

12) During the “IAC” Movement under your leadership crores of rupees that were collected from the people to fund expenses of movement. Why this money collected receipted to Individual NGOs of people controlling the “IAC” movements across the country.

13)  Why wasn’t the money collected for “IAC” during your time credited to “IAC” itself or the organization to which it is affiliated?

14) Which Individual /s or Organization/s is accountable for the money collected during your leadership in “IAC”? Please give us a break up.

15)   “IAC” (India against Corruption) was supposedly an apolitical platform, then how did a responsible leader of such a movement announce a Political intention and gather support for this idea from that apolitical platform? Why didn’t you respect the sanctity of the apolitical movement, leave it 1^st if you had such ideas?

16) Did you and others consult Anna and others and the general public; have public debates on how to create this “different Political party” before making those announcements from the “IAC” Platform or were these initiated afterwards? Can you support it with documentary evidences if there were discussions on this before?

17)   If at all you claim that now “We the People” have to go to the Parliament, how did you and others decide to select yourselves to be the People’s Candidates? Shouldn’t you have been a true coordinator like you claimed in “IAC” and help the common man to overcome shortcomings in contesting elections themselves which today is not possible without support of big money and publicity?

18) In Mumbai where lakhs joined rallies when Anna was arrested, today mere 150 odd members of your party voted for about 20 candidates. By what stretch of imagination can you call your AAP Party a democratic option for the people?

19) Is it not true that the office bearers of the AAP Party are strangely the same handful of people who controlled and engineered the “IAC” movement across the country and conveniently dumped it along with you, except of some show of honesty in Delhi which is an eyewash exercise keeping the national elections in early 2014 ?

20) During the “IAC” agitation under you, your people collected lakhs of databases of volunteers who expressed willingness to join “The People’s” movement. Why is the database not in the public domain especially since it is public property? How is that AAP party is still sending political promotional messages to these people who volunteered for the apolitical "IAC" platform? How are many Facebooks pages / Group and other web publicity sites under the “IAC” name and logo used propagating your AAP party materials when you have disassociated from “IAC”.

21) Isn't true that a lot of people were paid salaries to work in offices of NGOs’ associated with the “IAC” to promote the apolitical movement against corruption and now members of these same apolitical NGOs' formed the  AAP party in most places? Can you and all other NGOs / organization associated with the IAC” Movement and all those associated with you In AAP Party give details of their employees and sources of their funds from the time of the IAC agitation under you till date?

22)  Is it not true that your NGO or NGOs  associated with you has been selectively getting foreign funding from agencies like the Ford Foundation and U.S.A. based NGO Avaaz?

23)  Also is it not true that even some of the so called Patroitic Indians from aboard who are funding you have local business partners funding their business in those countries?

24) Is it not shocking that the “IAC” official body itself had accused you of corruption perhaps in 2007 when you were alleged to have paid bribe to the Delhi Police to put up your kiosk outside the CIC?

25) You had been given the responsibility for settling accounts related to the “IAC” movement against corruption. How did you settle financial issues with Anna after he expressed discontent with you after the “IAC FIASCO”?

26) Is it not true that during the “IAC” Movement under you when the IAC team desperately wanted “white money” to balance their books (then maintained by PCRF – Public Cause Research Foundation of which Prashant is / was trustee and who now is a prominent decision maker of AAP Party) for the FY ending 31 March 2011 they got Sitaram Jindal (Uncle of Navin Jindal whose company is a Coalgate Scam beneficiary) to issue a cheque of Rs 25 lakhs which they showed as cheque dated 5. April 2011 to cover unexplainable sources of income for excess expenses.

27)  How is that you and your wife were never transferred from Delhi for periods as long as 20 years working as an IAS official while honest IAS officials are repeatedly shunted around?  

THE QUESTIONS DON’T SEEM TO END. ALSO THERE ARE MANY QUESTIONS WE CITIZENS HAVE FOR ANNA AN OTHERS, THE PARLIAMENT OF THIS COUNTRY ON HOW THEY TOO DON’T KNOW THESE ANSWERS DESPITE THE WHOLE FIASCO BEFORE IT AND ALSO TO THE MEDIA. WE WILL RAISE ALL THESE QUERIES IN OUR PRESS CONFERENCE TO BE HELD SOON.
