KERALA 2011

How & Why the Congress & CPI(M) Connived to make fools of the people in this Election in Kerala?

Please vow to pass on this Blog and Join us, so that this corruption (read link pages) is exposed and discussed in every household. The media would then investigate and the culprits would be booked, bringing us victory in our campaign against corruption. I am forced to expose this in the people’s media, i.e. Internet as all available forums in a democracy is controlled by these criminal nexus and they would never let this see the light of day.

PROOFS OF CORRUPTIONS

VIDEOS
My expose here will reveal and prove to all of you, the criminal web that politicians have spun around us and even the leading representative of the Communist Ideology in India, the CPI(M) of which I was a member of, is now influenced by dubious and corrupt people and those elements connives actively with the corrupt cartel in the Congress.

I had initially tried to bring this corruption to the hierarchy of the party itself as a dutiful cadre and since these involved senior comrades higher in rank; I reported it to Central Committee member and C.M. of Kerala State V.S. Achuthanandan in whose Cabinet Minister P.K. Shrimati Teacher was.

When the party machinery seemed helpless in the face of these corrupt elements, I was left with the choice of approaching the opposition, i.e. the Congress Party, an option that is available within the framework of our democratic setup.

The Politburo of the CPI(M) whose members including the likes of Comrade Sitaram Yechuri whom I consider myself fortunate to know and I still respect can take these exposes in the right earnest as my effort to cleanse our movements from the corrupt influences of the enemy we are fighting. And least they underestimate the under current that is building up amongst the masses now and overcome any reluctance to act in time and find themselves recognized as dalals / agents of a oppressive regime when a tsunami of people’s emotion will sweep across this country soon.

In this election in Kerala, the CPI(M) almost romped home riding on the wave of the upright and non corrupt image of C.M. Achuthanandan, just falling short by 4-5 seats. Surprising they hadn’t announced his candidature along with the others and had only done so when there was a hue n cry from the people. Even when the results began coming through, surprising and shocking patterns began to emerge as CPI(M) lost in seats which were considered safe or sure. Moreover many of these seats were strongly supported by supporters of Party General Secretary Pinarayi Vijayan raising the suspicion of sabotage within the party by those supporting Party general secretary and opposing Comrade V.S. But defeating the whole party to defeat Comrade V.S. looked unnecessary, given the fact, he was very much the C.M during the last 5 years. Though he had maintained an upright image personally or taken on corruption outside, he had never really initiated an internal probe on corruption in his own ministry. And as these evidences that I put forth will establish that he has behaved like Gandhiji’s Monkeys against corruption against his own ranks.

These evidences that I place before you about corruption in the ministry of the C.M. Achuthanandan was made available to the Congress by me before the election and I assumed that they would use it in the election Campaign against the CPI(M), especially when the non corrupt and upright image of V.S. was making an impression on the outcome of the elections and which it almost did. But the brotherhood of corruption is more deep and strong than I had imagined. Though I had rooted these materials through MLA Ganesh whose father Balachandra Pillia is in jail for corruption due to the efforts of Comrade V.S. and as expected reached it to the highest level of the party in the state where these material was discussed in a meeting which was attended by none other than A.K. Anthony, Vylar Ravi, Ramesh Chenithala and Oomenchandy & others in Trivandrum in one of their meetings. Strangely such an important evidence of corruption inside the Cabinet of C.M. Achuthanandan, who portrait himself as a crusader against corruption and evidences of acts of Omission against the C.M. himself somehow was hidden by the Congress during the election campaign. They almost paid a heavy price for their folly. But as the patterns of results began to emerge and when the CPI(M) did well in many places despite the incumbency but strangely lost many sure seats where General Secretary Pinarayi Vijayan’s supporters worked, the trade off with the Congress was getting obvious.

The equation is simple. “If the Congress would expose the acts of corruption of the CPI(M), they may win the elections, but by giving the corrupt elements inside the CPI(M) a safe passage, they not only managed to trade votes and ensure power for the next 5 years, but also now have their corrupt brothers in red mask as their opposition in the state assembly where now they would never be caught doing the same act. All they both now have to do is to change sides every 5 years and keep shouting at each other in public for the comfort of the common Voters who they think is foolish. And even the bargaining power of their allies within their coalitions can now be curtailed given that the main opposition is now your best ally with common interests. As for MLA Ganesh and his Father, accidents always happens, V.S. Achuthanandan was a rogue elephant, who anyway now has no support within his own party for his own ticket and now that he is old also, will go away quietly soon. Ganeshan's father have anyway lost face due to the V.S. episode and a liability now and knowing Congress are always dispensable. Ganesh strangely has still won the election in a 100% literate kerala without the ill affects of his Father's conviction affecting his election outcome and I heard is a minister now.

The lives of these Corrupt Politicians would go on like this, taking us for a ride, even in a 100% literate state like Kerala where the Communist had come to power for the 1st time by the ballot in the world in 1957 unless "WE THE PEOPLE" will not allow this to continue.

As you will observe from adjoining pages that :

1)      I was an active member of the CPI(M). I had joined them after I left as a General Secretary of the Youth Congress in 1993 after the Hindu – Muslim riots when I observed that elements in the Congress actively participated in the riots along with the Shiv Sena merely to bring the then C.M. Sudhakar Rao Naik down. It was during the riot relief that we had initiated in the slums of riot affected Dharavi that I 1st worked with the CPI(M). I appreciated the good work that CPI(M) was doing then and found that being Communist they were the only people who were considered secular in the extreme situation like the Hindu – Muslim riots of 1993. Moreover the “Ha Ji” culture of the Congress was only conducive to make money, by being the Stooge of some MLA ? MP / Minister and participating in some illicit scams,  which neither I nor my family required. I had participated with CPI(M) activities with the hope that its Communist Ideology would be a hope for a common man in this Country. But looks like the influence of this corrupt regime has engulfed the CPI(M) too and the good people here are now increasingly sidelined or suppressed or have to leave. They are now only Communist in name and needs to be replaced if an inner party struggle fails to eject the corrupt elements inside.
2)   In 2007 the CPI(M), Mumbai Committee called for a morcha against “Sagar Builders” at Sakinaka in support of my efforts there against the illicit activities of the builder. Builders in nexus and with clout and backing of huge amounts of illicit money of Politicians, especially in the bigger cities are holding the common man to ransom. Properties are hoarded like onion and potatoes, despite there being very low sales against high prices, forcing a needy person to pay up exorbitantly. While a normal person finds it impossible to buy a home in the city, the ones who manage to buy one are increasingly denied many of the privileges like Car parking, etc or have to pay up for various liabilities of the builder like land / property taxes incurred before their purchase, etc. The scales of the builder’s crimes are so huge and the amount of illicit money is so large, that it will dwarf the Telgi and Harshad Mehta Scam put together. High ranking police officer, Co-operative registrar officers, BMC officials and even some judges are in the pay-roll of these builder cartels.
3)      This was the 1st and perhaps the only time that any Political party had taken to the street against the illicit activities of the builder. When strong arm tactics of the builder didn’t work against us, the builder through K.K. Nambair a major investor with the builder in Mumbai and brother of Cabinet Minister Shrimati Teacher try to influence Senior party members into stopping the morcha against the builder. It’s regrettable the party has subsequently buckled under pressure to neutralizing our activities in the Marol branch of the Party by sidelining me.
4)      As a disciplined party cadre, I had informed Cabinet Minister and Party Comrade Shrimati Teacher on the activities of her brother.
5)      Subsequently when there was no positive response, I had also informed C.M. Achuthanandan about this brother of a Minister in his cabinet and his anti party activities and his sudden accumulation of wealth and the buzz in party circles on the likelihood of the source of his wealth being illicit kickbacks earned by minister / s in his ministry. In fact in the months following my letter to the C.M., popular daily Malayala Manorama has carried a expose alleging that Cabinet Minister may be receiving kickback against purchases in her health Ministry and some front company in Mumbai maybe acting on her behalf. Though I have heard C.M. Achuthanandan to be a upright and uncorrupted person, it looks he too has looked the other way or have been deceived by the party, if he has forwarded my evidences.
6)      Attached along : Also Pictures and videos of the CPI(M) Mumbai Party Morcha led by Mumbai Party secretary Comrade Mahindra Singh. Picture of K.K. Nambair's Bungalow in Royal Palms, Mumbai.
7)    Builder's List of Owners : Names of Owners of Saga Tech Plaza from the Registrar's Office. K.K. Nambair or his family owns at least 10 units of around 10,000 sq. Ft as per th list in Sagartech 'B' alone. Investors actually dont register their agreement with th builder to save stamp duty and to hide purchase of properties. The builder in turn facilitates by registering the sales of these properties, showing these as direct purchases from the builder in return for these investments in their properties. K.K. Nambair was forced to bring these purchases on record because the CPI(M) morcha forced the builder to form and register the society. A detailed investigation of all financial transaction will reveal the full extend of such benami investments in various builders projects and other properties.
8)  Ayaz Attar's letter: He is one of the only 2 party full timers in Mumbai who used to work for a meagre couple of thousand rupees for the party for over a decade. After years of being disconnected from any other source of income or knowledge or trade, Party full timers, especially the ones with less educational knowledge find themselves very vulnerable and are easily suppressed into submitting themselves and lose their true voices. On my recommendation Ayaz Attar had joined as the Manager in Sagar Tech plaza "B" when we formed society there after the morcha. Despite me and K.K. Nambair being in the society committee, you will realise how Ayaz Attar has been frustrated out of his job so that he is once again vulnerable. These elements for once do not think that it is on the sacrifices of such full timers that the party flag still flies and they becomes Ministers. Many of the Party full timers who have escaped from these clutches actually leave hateing the CPI(M), sometimes even Communists.
9)  Times of India" - 15th May : This Article in the Times of India in th front page will prove that the allegation that i have made is not just a manifestation of only my mind. It will add credit to th fact that when th CPI(M) was winning in difficult seats, they strangely lost in places where they were surely expected to win and concidently many of them were lead there by supporters of the Vijayan fraction. Though Times couldn't level a clear reason except that they were opposed to Comrade V.S Achuthandandan, my proofs of corruption which then was in the hands of th Congress would throw light on the real compulsion of the CPI(M) to negotiate in these places. Nambair seems to be suddenly becoming richer not just from th time of his sister becoming the health minister, but a couple of years earlier from th time the left began supporting th Congress in th center hinding at a possibility that he may be front for a bigger cartel inside th CPI(M) who finds V.S. Achuthadandan a nuisance due to which they have been always trying to sideline him.
